Restaurant.
Our
restaurant had operated successfully for over fifteen years serving the Washington area in authentic Sichuanese food.

and cooks come from Sichuan province where they were trained and had
a 10 to 20 years cooking experience. However, their professional
skills were originally for Sichuanese cuisine. Under the circumstances, they
had to adjust their cooking method and style to meet the needs of American customers.
